We specialize in a variety of aerial photography and video services, including personal aerial shoots, residential and commercial real estate (According to the multiple listing service (MLS), homes and properties with drone images are up to 68% more likely to sell than those without them.), construction site images and progress tracking, simple safe roof and structure inspections, events, and more. Our state-of-the-art equipment ensure that we capture the perfect shot every time.

Describe what you hope to accomplish including when and where you would like us to fly. We will then formulate a plan and determine what will be necessary to fulfill your request. We will determine whether the FAA has any airspace restrictions including temporary flight restrictions and contact Air Traffic Control for approval if necessary. We will follow up with you to review the plan and make sure that everyone is in agreement. We will send the pilot to the predetermined time and place to perform the flight mission and gather the data. We will then review and edit the imagery. Finally, we will notify you when we have finished editing your imagery and send you a link where you can download the imagery for your approval.

All requested services are subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) airspace authorization verification. Some airspace may require a FAA Airspace Authorization that can take 72 hours or more to approve. All services are subject to weather cancellation. All altitudes and ranges/distances are estimates and subject to geography, obstacles, and airspace restrictions. All sessions include travel of up to 25 miles (50 miles round trip) calculated from 40°34'55"N 75°26'14"W to/from project site. Travel beyond 25 miles (50 miles round trip) travel distance will be billed at $0.67/mi.
